The State/Country Report generates a table that summarizes mileage by state, province, or country traveled. It lists leg and total miles, cost, and time estimates in columns from left to right.  

The four ways to generate a State/Country Report after running a route are:  

    • Route window gear button > Reports > State/Country 

    • Routes tab > Reports > State/Country 

    • Press the F6 key 

    • (Print only) File menu > Print Report > State/Country

Toll Costs

Leg and total toll costs will also be shown if the Tolls add-on is installed and toll calculation is turned on. The last two columns show leg and cumulative greenhouse gas estimates in pounds or kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent per gallon/liter of fuel. A breakdown of the route by state/country and category is at the bottom of the report.    

If the Tolls add-on is installed and toll calculation is turned on, a breakdown of toll costs by the type of discount program applied is also available. Go to the File menu > Application Settings > Tolls and check Show Cash and Discount Program Breakdown, then click Save. You’ll see the discount breakdown in the Toll($) column in the summary section.

Order of States

States and countries are displayed in alphabetical order by default. To display them in the order they occur along the route as in a driver log, go to the File menu > Application Settings > Report and choose Route under State/Country Report Order.
