To run a single route, you must specify each location where a change of railroads (or railroad families) occurs. In the example shown below, a warning is generated because CSXT does not run to Oklahoma City, OK:

In this case, you would click the Junction Helper link in the warning to get a list of valid railroad junctions between CSXT and a railroad that serves Oklahoma City, or click the AutoRouter link to use the AutoRouter.
