The version that has been stolen needs to be remotely deactivated. This can be done by logging onto MyCoPilot online and the product deactivated on the device. If you then wish to deploy the version back onto another device please use the original Product Key to initiate the new version.
A new device would need to be activated using the original product key. If you have any questions regarding this please contact our support team by clicking Submit Ticket at the top of your screen.
