To start the PC*MILER application, double-click the PC*MILER icon on the desktop, or click the Windows Start menu > All Apps (or equivalent) > PCMILER xx > PCMILER xx.

To close PC*MILER, choose Exit from the red File application menu, press Alt+F4, or simply close the application window.
