This error message occurs when a step is missed during the multi-user installation. The UNCPath.exe must be run from a workstation without errors in order for PC*MILER to identify the UNC Path. You must uninstall and reinstall to ensure this has been completed. If any error messages appear when running UNCPath.exe, check the permissions of the shared PMWXXX or PCMILERXX folder (where “xxx” refers to the version number such as 260 or 261) on the server and make sure all workstations have full access rights under sharing and security. Please make sure you are physically in front of a PC that is not the server, one that you did not launch the install from.
